The MILADO project kicked off with a meeting in Villach, which took place on the 10th and 11th September 2024.
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome from our host and coordinator Technikon, setting the tone for engaging discussions and knowledge sharing that followed the next two days. All partners participated in smoothing the project start and kick off the execution of project activities to their full potential. The main goal of the meeting was to discuss the role of each partner, communicate the WP activities and set up the basis for active collaboration among the partners. Interactive technical workshops were also a central feature of the meeting, allowing a deep dive into specific project aspects, including user requirements. The participants actively engaged in lively discussions, explored synergies and identified potential avenues for joint research and development initiatives. Beyond the formal agenda, networking opportunities were plentiful, with informal gatherings, coffee breaks and a network dinner.
As we reflect on the fruitful discussions during our time in Villach, the team is inspired to start our collaborative efforts in driving innovation forward. The insights gained and connections forged during this meeting will undoubtedly serve as catalyst for advancing our project goals and making meaningful contributions to our field.
